Civitas is a community of South African founders and CEOs running businesses between R5 million and R300 million a year. It has more than 600 members across Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria and Durban. At the centre of it are the CEO forums: eight founders who meet for two hours every month and act as each other's board of advisors.
I facilitate 6 of those forums for the Cape Town chapter.

Mind Matters is an annual, one-day summit in Cape Town about how your mind actually works and how to work with it, with neuroscientists, athletes and coaches on the stage. The room is CEOs, executives, founders, doctors, athletes and people serious about their own growth.
In 2025 I ran an immersive experience introducing Misogi: picking one genuinely hard thing and doing it on purpose. In 2026 I'm hosting The Misogi Lab on the iconic slopes of Table Mountain.
